You must have a decent internet connection speed to use our remote support feature. If you have no internet in the entire home/business, please call your Internet Service Provider, then call us and we will send a technician to you.
If you are a new customer to remote support, our technician will first create a customer profile for you which includes a credit card for your services. We will review our fees and estimate your job before we begin. We will not start the fee based services until after the initial setup of your account.
