We offer Remote Support, On-site Support and Drop off shop appointments.
You must have good internet and a fairly responsive machine for Remote Support.
Remote Support is good for quick issues, maintenance tune-ups, assistance with software issues and more.
On-Site is good for home wireless issues. Did you know routers over 5 years old should be replaced? On-site is good for training, office redesigns, printer issues and slow internet.
The Shop is good for data recovery, hard drive upgrades, trouble shooting and Operating System repairs.
