House call from Max who was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and followed COVID rules. Tackled some mundane tasks efficiently and then we presented him with a whopper of a problem . He was incredibly imaginative in solving the problem and did so without complaint even though the problem was a hardware problem caused by extreme age.... of the hardware, not the user. Could not have been more pleased. Cost very reasonable and liked supporting a local small business. Thanks to Max and Your Computer Friends. BTW, I am a long time customer and always had good service. Highly recommend.

Your Computer Friends are exactly that...very friendly and efficient. They try to fix your computer as quickly as possible and take into account those of us who are older retired users when choosing which method to use to solve the situation. I have used this company for many years and will continue to do so.
